Turkey Traditions Challenged?

Say it’s not so!  Mom’s stuffing traditions?  Grandma’s pet peeves about how to cook the esteemed turkey?  My great uncle who was very particular in the kitchen as to how any traditional meal was made?  Oh yes, it’s true.  It’s best – in my experience, at least – to not challenge the traditions held close the family vest.

It seems to me an especially-pronounced phenomenon around the gorge-fest holiday that we celebrate every 4th Thursday of November.  So hold onto your Cornucopia and listen up, whilst even I – quite the traditionalist when it comes to my ventures in the kitchen – am skeptical; yet I say let’s give one of our favorite, wonky, celebrity chefs of the Iron Chef franchise, a fair listen, when it comes to how to prepare this traditional Thanksgiving Day protein.
